We do not accept returns or refunds unless a result of an error from our end or product defect

Defective items are NOT products that you have an allergic reaction to. Product ingredients are listed and it is the responsibility of the customer to check that these products do not contain ingredients that may cause  irritation

or other issues.

We will pay the return shipping cost if the result of our error ( you received the incorrect item or defective)
